| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，民营企业不仅改变了传统的竞争方式，而且随着企业规模的壮大、管理水平的提升以及企业战略发展的需要，企业价值与企业目标能力也在逐渐改变。民营企业参与市场竞争空间不断扩大。在各种市场行为中，管理者自觉地将企业能力作为企业发展的要素，通过科学的手段和方法在企业内部强化能力战略体系的建设。它既蕴涵了企业管理全过程的能力战略体系，又为民营企业的战略发展提供了可靠的决策依据。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge-based economy, the private enterprises not only change the traditional competition mode, but also change the enterprise competence in value and aim with the stronger firm size, promotion of management level and the need of development. To private enterprises, the competitive space is wider. Resulting from which, the executives take the capacity strategy conscientiously as the main factor of the enterprises development. It covers not only the capacity strategy system in the process of management, but also offers reliable decision-making foundation. |
