| 摘 要： | 西部区域发展一直是经济发展中的重要内容之一。实现西部区域发展的法治化，是保障经济发展的必由之路。目前，西部发展多依赖于政策，现有法律也不能适应西部区域发展的切实需要。这就要求加强西部区域发展的法治化建设工作，为西部区域发展保驾护航。

| Abstract: | The western regional development has always been one of the important contents in Chinas economic development. Implementation of the rule by law in the western regional development is an important way to guarantee economic development. However, the current western development relies too much on policy, instead on law. A few local governments fail to practice rule by law, which slows down the pace of development. The writer of the article holds governments of every level in the west should attach great importance to the construction of rule by law, provide legal services for the western regional development. |
