| 摘 要： | 随着国际社会对保护生态环境和产品安全的关注与日俱增,加上贸易保护主义的抬头,一些国家针对我国出口产品设置了“安全壁垒”。由于产品质量标准建设滞后,出口产品附加值低,行业协会作用缺失,产品标准体系、环境标志与质量认证体系不健全等原因,浙江民营企业产品出口所受影响尤其严重。为了跨越“安全壁垒”,除了发挥政府和行业协会的服务作用外,更需要企业自身通过加强源头管理、质量认证建设,开发绿色产品、实施多元化战略等来提高产品国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | With the increasing concern on the ecological environment, the product safety and emerging protectionism, some countries have set out "safety barriers" to our export products. The exports of the products of Zhejiang civilian-run enterprises have been badly affected due to the delayed establishment of product quality standard, the low extra value of the export products, the lack of the participation of the industry association, and the imperfection of product criteria system, environment symbol and quality criteria system. To stride over the "safety barrier", in addition to giving play to the role of government and industry association, the enterprises should strengthen their administration, establish quality criteria systems, develop "green products" and adopt compre- hensive strategies to improve their international competitive power. |
