京津冀三地区域创新生态发展评价及耦合研究--生态位视角

摘    要:从生态位视角对2006-2017年京津冀三地区域创新生态发展情况及耦合关系进行分析。研究发现:三地创新资源控制能力发展不均衡,天津成为京津冀创新资源竞争的中心,北京的区域创新生态发展迅速,河北的区域创新生态发展缓慢;北京-天津的区域创新生态耦合状态最好,而天津-河北的耦合状态好于北京-河北。对此,提出天津作为河北创新发展的主要协同对象,需通过完善区域创新生态构成体系、提高区域科技成果转化效率以及提升区域协同创新能力等方式,推进京津冀三地区域创新生态持续快速发展及有效耦合。

Abstract:From the perspective of niche,this paper analyzes the development and coupling relationship of regional innovation ecology in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2006 to 2017.The research finds that the development of innovation resource control ability in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is not balanced,among them,Tianjin has become the center of competition for innovative resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Beijing’s regional innovation ecology develops rapidly while Hebei’s develops slowly;meanwhile,Beijing-Tianjin has the best ecological coupling state of regional innovation,and the coupling state of Tianjin-Hebei is better than that of Beijing-Hebei.To this end,the paper proposes that Tianjin,as the main cooperative object of Hebei’s innovation and development,it is necessary to promote sustainable and rapid development and effective coupling of regional innovation ecology in BeijingTianjin-Hebei by improving the ecological composition system of regional innovation,improving the efficiency of transformation of regional scientific and technological achievements and enhancing the capacity of regional synergistic innovation.
