高校青年教师社会支持、应对方式与心理健康的关系研究

摘    要:为了考察高校青年教师心理健康水平现状及其与社会支持、应对方式的关系,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表、应对方式量表对204名河南高校青年教师进行抽象调查。结果表明:高校青年教师心理健康水平显著低于全国正常人群,青年男教师心理健康状况优于青年女教师,已婚青年教师心理健康状况优于未婚青年教师。高校青年教师心理健康状况受社会支持和应对方式的影响,两者可以解释心理健康12.4%的方差变异。

Research on Correlation among Mental Health,Social Sup-port and Coping Style of Young University Teachers

Abstract:In order to understand the present situation of mental health of young university teachers, and its relationship with so-cial support and coping style, a total of 204 young university teachers were assessed with Symptom Check List 90 (SCL-90) Scale, Social Support Scale and Coping Style Scale. The result showed: mental health level was lower than that of the national norm, mental health condition of male young teachers surpassed that of the female young teachers; mental health condition of married young teachers surpassed that of the unmarried teachers;young university teachers' psychological health level was affected by social support and coping style, all could explain 12.4% of mental health variance.
