| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革是一项复杂的系统工程。制定和实施高校后勤服务工作规范,是适应高校后勤社会化改革向组建法人实体深化,促进高校后勤员工自身完善和发展的需要。文章从揭示当前各级各类高校后勤服务领域仍然存在着一些与改革和发展新形势不相适应的办事效率不高。服务工作难到位的共性问题入手,着重阐述了制定和实施高校后勤服务工作规范的意义、原则和实施规范过程中应把握的几个关键性工作环节,旨在推进当前高校后勤社会化改革的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The reform of the socialization for the supporting service in institutions of higher learning is a piece of complicated system work. Designing and carrying out the working rules of the supporting service is necessary for its socialization and for the workes' improvement and development who are in the department of the supporting service. The paper begins by exposing some common problems, mainly explain the importance and principles for designing and carrying out the working rules and which key sections we should pay much more attention when carrying them out. Then we can make the socialization of the supporting service to be on its healthy way |
