| 摘 要： | 日本作为教育大国，通过近四十年的探索和实践，在终身教育方面取得了丰硕成果。作为一种综合战略，日本政府和民间及学术界共同推进终身教育事业，以形成终身学习社会为目标建立终身教育体系，形成了一整套法律、行政组织网络等推进机制，对日本经济、社会和文化的发展产生了深刻影响。日本终身教育的经验，对我国开展终身教育具有明显的启示和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | As one of the advanced countries in education,Japan has made abundant achievements in life-long education through nearly forty years' exploration and practice.A comprehensive strategy adopted in Japan is to promote life-long education through coordinated efforts of the government,folk organizations and the academic circle.They have established a life-long education system with the aim of building a life-long study society and developed a set of promotion mechanism of law,administrative organs and network.All these have produced a great influence on economic,social and cultural development of Japan.The experience of life-long education in Japan can provide enlightenment to carrying out life-long education in China. |
