SiO_2气凝胶钼尾矿金属催化剂的应用研究

摘    要:利用商洛钼尾矿与亲水型Si O2气凝胶结合制成的气凝胶钼尾矿催化剂对甲醇与乙醇一步合成异丁醛、仲丁醇的氧化反应的催化活性进行考察。通过改变催化剂的用量和反应时间考察催化剂的催化活性。用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对产物进行分析。结果表明:甲醇与乙醇一步合成异丁醛的反应在2 h时有醛基吸收峰;仲丁醇氧化反应在2 h时有羰基吸收峰;说明此催化剂对这两个反应均有一定活性。

Abstract:Using Shangluo's rich resources of molybdenum tailings as raw materials,and combined with hydrophilic silica aerogel made of aerogel molybdenum tailings catalyst,thus inspect the catalyst's activity of methanol and ethanol step synthesis of isobutyl aldehyde,sec-butyl alcohol oxidation in this two reactions. This experiment through the following two aspects carries on the investigation of catalyst activity: the one is to change the dosage of catalyst,the other is to change the reaction time,and then use Fourier transform infrared spectrometer analysis the products.the results show that the methanol and ethanol step synthesis of isobutyl aldehyde reaction has aldehyde absorption peak in two hours;sec-butyl alcohol oxidation reaction has carbonyl absorption peak in two hours.It shows that the catalysts to these two reactions have some activity.
