玉米须水煮液乙醚萃取物化学成分的研究

摘    要:用乙醚对玉米须水煮液进行萃取,再利用气相色谱质谱联用仪进行成分分析,然后用谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分相对含量,结果共鉴定出23种化学成分,其中主要的化学成分有:邻二甲苯(含量为15.02%)、对二甲苯(含量为11.93%)、对乙烯基苯乙醚(含量为17.12%)、4,4-二甲基-1-氰基环已醇(含量为15.29%),(3反)-4-甲硫基丁烯基异氰酸酯。

Abstract:The corn silk boiled liquid was extracted by ether first. Then the components analysis of the extract samples was conducted by Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry(GC–MS), and their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization. A total of 23 constituents were identified in the corn silk boiled liquid using GC/MS; the main components detected were: o-xylene(15.02%), p-xylene(11.93%), p- vinyl phenetole(17.12%), octadecyl-sulfonyl chloride(15.29%),(3E)-4-methylthio butene isocyanate.
