| 摘 要： | 科技成果的推广与转化是推动科技创新与成果管理工作的重点,研究科技成果转化的条件和模式对于促进科技成果创新、推动科技成果的转化具有重要意义。从科技成果转化的现状出发,通过剖析科技成果转化流程的各环节,找到成果转化的瓶颈,认为良好的外部综合服务环境是保证科技成果转化顺利进行的必备条件,在此基础上提出两种成果转化模式以供选择。

| Abstract: | Promotion and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the key to promote scientific and technological innovation and achievement management, meanwhile, the study on the conditions and models of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is significant to promote the innovation of scientific and technological achievements. Based on the current situation of scientific and technological transformation, through analysis of the processes of scientific achievements transformation,it is that integrated external service environment is the essential condition of guaranteeing the smooth transformation of scientific and technological achievements, on the basis of this, two achievements transformation models is put forward. |
