| 摘 要： | 代价付出是社会进步的手段和中介，它既带有客观必然性，又有主观人为性；作为社会发展的一个特殊的组成部分，西部大开发也同样面临着客观必然性与主观人为性代价的付出；我们的目的在于建构正确的代价意识，理顺西部大开发与代价付出的辩证关系，以最小的代价换取西部地区最大的进步。

| Abstract: | Paying the cost is a method and medium of the advancement of the society, which bears not only the objective necessity but also subjective artificialness. Being a special structural element for the social development, western development also faces the objective necessity and subjective artificial paid cost; our purposes lie in establishing a correct consciousness of price, combing the relations between the western development and cost paid in order to achieve the greatest advancement of the western development at the smallest cost. |
