| 摘 要： | 从简便、快速、可靠、经济等方面对目前种子鉴定的方法进行了分析 .指出鉴定种子纯度的方法众多且各有特点 ,在具体应用中应根据实际情况和自己的需要选择应用 .同时展望了免疫技术和分子标记技术应用于种子纯度鉴定的广阔前景 .

| Abstract: | The authors have appraised the means of seed purity identification(SPI) on the base of convenience, analysis speed, reliability and cost,and found that there are many ways to identify the purity of seed but every means has its own advantage and disadvantage. So we should choose the right ways according to the real situation and the needs. Immune technology and molecular marker assay have their broad perspective as a new way in SPI in the future. |
