| 摘 要： | 大学生基层意识培育既是我国社会发展的客观需要，也是大学生自身成长成才的内在需求。大学生基层意识相对薄弱，运用系统科学思想培育大学生基层意识具有重要价值。要根据系统科学整体性、层次性、动态性等重要原则，统筹兼顾、区分层次、顺应变化，使大学生基层意识培育工作取得最大成效；运用整体性方法，形成大学生基层意识培育的整体合力；运用层次性方法，强化大学生基层意识培育的针对性；运用动态性方法，确保大学生基层意识培育的持续性。

| Abstract: | College students don＇t have sufficient grass-roots awareness. Its cultivation is not only required by Chinese social development but by the growth of college students themselves. By conforming to the principles of system science, that is, integrity, constituency and dynamicity, we can achieve the biggest effect in developing the grass-roots awareness of college students. Specifically speaking, combined and integrated efforts are needed in the development; constituency-based education can increase the educational relevance; dynamic education will ensure the sustainable development. |
