高等院校教师工作绩效评估的探讨

摘    要:基于高等院校教师队伍水平的高低及其积极性的发挥程度直接关系到人才培养水平的高低,因此,以教师工作绩效中的应关注的问题为研究对象,旨在对其工作业绩进行科学、全面、客观地评价,从而设计出符合我国高校教师队伍的绩效评估指标体系。

Abstract:The mission of higher education is to train specialized and qualified talents for every fleld,the quality of whom are closely related to the level of teaching contingent as well as the degree of their enthusiasm. Hence, in this paper we focus on problems that should be concerned during the performance evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities,aiming to provide a solution to evaluate teachers' performance in a way more scientific,more comprehensive and impersonal ,and then design an index system according with teachers' performance evaluation in China.
