| 摘 要： | 北京奥运会后,我国体育进入建设体育强国的新的发展阶段.要进一步深化体育体制、机制和模式的改革创新,对现代法治形成更加紧密的制度依赖.为构建我国体育法治多元互补、协调互动的动力机制和发展道路,根据我国国情和体育发展实际,从改进并增大政府推进的体育法治作为、培育和拓展体育法治的社会基础力量、关注和完善保障体育权利的程序法治、提升体育人和全社会的体育法治素养等方面,阐述了我国体育法治进一步发展需要解决的重点问题.

| Abstract: | After the Beijing Olympic Games, China faces a new development phase for strong sport country. In this process, the sport systems, sport mechanism and sport model need to be deeply reformed and relied closed on modern legality. For the construction of dynamistic mechanism and developmental road to a strong sport country, based on the situation and sport development of China, the author discussed some important problems, such as, the improvement and enhance of the sport legal behavior by government, the establishment of social foundation of sport legality, the focus and guaranty of sport right, increasing the quality of sport legality of society. |
