| 摘 要： | 在网络信息时代,推进区域性科技文献信息资源共建共享进程的战略模式是:建立科学、高效的调控管理组织与运行机制;制定统一的信息化技术规范与标准;制定完善的服务章程等。文章就构建河南省区域性网络信息资源共建共享框架体系在现状分析、方案设计、规范管理及有效服务等方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In the network information period, to promote cobuilding and sharing of regional information resources, the strategies are： setting up scientific and efficient management and control mechanism; formulating unified information technology norms and standards; formulating excellent service charters, etc. This paper gave a deeply discussion on how to establish a framework for co - building and sharing regional information resources in Henan province, especially some aspects such as status analysis, program design, standard management, efficient service and so on. |
