| 摘 要： | 目的:建立了HPLC法测定紫花杜鹃片中杜鹃素的含量。方法:采用Agilent C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(57:43)为流动相,检测波长为297nm。结果:杜鹃素在0.0334～1.002μg范围内线性关系良好。回收率为96.7%,RSD=1.8%。结论:该方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于测定紫花杜鹃片中杜鹃素含量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the farrerol in Rhododendron maria hance tablets by HPLC..Method:Applying HPLC,Agilent C18 was used for column,methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solutions(57:43)for mobile phase,detective wave 297nm.Results: The calibration cruve for farrerol was linear within 0.0334 ～1.002μg.The average recovery rate was 96.7%,with RSD=1.8%.Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of farrerol in Rhododendron maria hance tablets. |
