| Abstract: | For the college and university libraries, tapping the user resources is a new developing item and to meet the challenge and requirement of the time. The article analyzes the definition of the library users and the content of the user resources, expounds the purpose and significance to build user resources from manpower, intelligence, information and document resources, and presents some views on how to build users resources. |
