| 摘 要： | 人的全面而自由的发展和人民基本权利得到全面而有效的保障,既是马克思一生奋斗追求的目标,也是中国法制现代化的终极目标。为此,马克思早期关于"自由"的经典论述,不仅为我们分析认识法律与自由、法律与民主等问题提供了一个具体的范例,也为中国法制现代化提供目标导向和理论支持。

| Abstract: | People 's free and all-round development is the final aim of modernization of legality in China as well as Marx's life-long pursuit. Therefore, Marx's early works on "freedom" provide us with a concrete example of how to understand the relationship between law and freedom, law and democracy. It also serves as theoretical support and target guide for China's modernization of legality. |
