| 摘 要： | 现代大学具有人才培养、知识创新、社会服务的重要职能。地方院校科研定位应从地方经济、社会发展的需求出发，从地方特有资源的开发利用出发，从学科交叉、渗透出发，从优势科研方向出发。凯里学院为新升本科的地方院校，要在短期内由专科教育成功过渡到本科教育，实现内涵上的升格与转轨，持续提高学校的整体科研水平是一项重要任务，需要充分提高广大教师对高校科学研究特点和重要性的认识，积极探索科研工作的科学定位，努力开展科研管理的创新实践。
