| 摘 要： | 毛泽东是一个个性特征极为鲜明的领袖人物，他的多元个性特征直接影响着其人生的追求和事业的成就，也直接影响到中国的革命和建设事业。他极富挑战的人格，使他为追求自己的事业奋斗不息，既取得了世所罕见的丰功伟绩，又留下了急于求成的遗憾；他同情弱者、追求平等的个性，既使他实现了农民政治上的翻身解放，又使他无法完成国家现代化的历史重任；他务实的个性，使他的兴趣偏向于实践斗争，而不是理论的追求。这些个性使他成为了一个功绩和失误都很典型的历史伟人。

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong is the leader with unique feature of personal character. His poly-temperament were in line with his struggles and achievements; the Chinese revolutionary cause and construction directly in China. He was of challenging personality which fought for his cause and established merits, and left the regrets as well. He who was sympathy for the weak people for equal right made liberation of peasants politically. He also did not complete the tasks of Chinese modernization. His hobby was interested in the practical struggle and was not toward the pursuits of theory. His temperaments urged him to become a typical great historic man of success and faults. |
