| 摘 要： | 跑速是多年来径赛运动教学与训练中需要解决的一大问题。本文以运动生理学、生物力学为基础,在诸多影响跑速的因素中,仅对步幅和步频、后蹬的效果、支撑和腾空时间三个方面进行技术分析,为教学与训练提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Racing is a problem which should be solved in track events teaching and sports training in recent years This article is based on phgsiology of motion biomechanics and in many other factors that influencing the speed of race, makes a technical analysis of range of racing step, frequency of racing stop, the result of recoil and the time of supporting and lcaping in order to supply the theoretical basis for PE teaching and training. |
