| 摘 要： | 金融危机的到来,给研究生就业带来了新的挑战。本文主要分析了金融危机背景下研究生的就业现状及其成因,通过对大量资料的分析笔者发现,在目前的经济背景下,造成研究生就业难的现状是由多方面原因引起的,包括国家的、学校的及研究生个人的,针对这些现状,本文提出了五个具有可行性的策略,以期对现实有指导意义。

| Abstract: | New challenge of graduate student employment has been brought by the finance crisis situation.The paper mainly discussed the actual situation of graduate student employment under finance crisis background and cause.By a mount of datum analysis,the author find that there are many reasons caused the employment difficulty for those graduate student under now economy background, which include national,scholastic and individual of graduate students.Aimed at the situation,the paper brought forward five feasible strategies to achieve the coach evaluation for those undergraduate students. |
