| 摘 要： | 观念上重专业轻化、学习上重技巧轻理论、伦理上重个体轻集体、志向上重眼前轻长远，集中体现了音乐专业大学生中的某些人目光短浅、急功近利的思想，一些人对于如何树立正确的价值观在认识上存在着一定的盲目性和片面性。因此，价值观教育必须以德为主线，抓住关键环节，建设高素质的政工队伍，创造良好的育人环境，搞好人教育和校园化建设，使学生理顺德与才，技能与化，个人与集体，眼前与长远的辩证关系，确保他们形成正确健康的价值观。

| Abstract: | Stressing speciality and despising literacy on the viewpoint,stressing individual and despising collective on the ethics,and stressing the short-term and despising the long-term on ambition are characteristic of some college students who are shortsighted and eager for success and instant benefit.Some students have a certain blind and one-sided view on how to set up a correct value outlook.Therefore, education on the values must focus on virtue.While forming a high-quality political group,creating a good educational environment,strengthening the human studies and building the campus culture ,we ensure that the students will have a correct and healthy value outlook when knowing how to dialectically deal with moral and competence,technique and literacy,individual and collective and the present and future. |
