| 摘 要： | 本文通过对当前大学生就业难的现象进行反思，指出大学生普遍缺少职业生涯规划是造成这一现象的主要原因之一，探讨了职业生涯规划在大学生人生发展中的地位和作用，并提出大学生进行职业生涯规划应当把握的几个关键环节。
