摘    要:隐性课程是高职院校课程体系的重要组成部分。隐性课程在培养高职大学生职业素质方面具有职业道德导向功能、职业动机激励功能、职业情感陶冶功能和职业行为规范功能。高职院校隐性课程的开发可以从正规课堂、物质环境、制度建设和精神形态等方面着手。

Abstract:Invisible courses are the important art of course system in higher vocational college. When nurture professional quality of higher vocational college students. They have directional function on professional morality, stimulating function on professional motivation, edified function on professional emotion and standardized function on professional behavior. To develop invisible courses we can begin on formal class, physical environment, system construction and spirits morphology.
