| 摘 要： | 隐性课程是高职院校课程体系的重要组成部分。隐性课程在培养高职大学生职业素质方面具有职业道德导向功能、职业动机激励功能、职业情感陶冶功能和职业行为规范功能。高职院校隐性课程的开发可以从正规课堂、物质环境、制度建设和精神形态等方面着手。
