| 摘 要： | 近年来,经过《全民健身计划纲要》,《中华人民共和国体育法》、《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》的制定、审议和颁行实施,我国最高决策层对体育本质功能的认识逐渐深化,在整个社会主义发展战略中给以妥适的定位,明确了未来体育发展的战略任务和方针,做出了体育工作重点必须转移的决策。

| Abstract: | By carrying out the OUTLINE OF THE WHOLE PEOPLE PROGRAMME FOR HEALTH AND BODY BUILDING (DRAFT), PHYSICAL EDUCATION LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND FIVE YEAR PLAN FOR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF P.R. CHINA in recent years. Policy maker level had deepen the cognition of essence function of physical education and gradually found the proper position for P.E in social development. Strategy of the changing emphasis of P.E. had been made. |
