| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对新疆地区中学＂阳光体育运动＂的开展现状、目标现状和制约因素进行调查分析。并从规章制度、体育设施、信息技术和课程内容等方面提出发展建议,以期为＂阳光体育运动＂顺利开展提供参考。

| Abstract: | An analysis was made on the development,target and factors restricting Sunlight Sport in middle schools in Xinjiang,using the methods of documentation,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,with advice for reference to develop Sunlight Sport on regulations,sports facilities,information technology and course content. |
