地下倾斜巷道锚杆支护技术研究

摘    要:在众多煤矿的深埋巷道支护中,锚杆破断甚至支护体系失效等问题日渐突出.以淮北临涣矿为工程背景,综合考虑影响深部巷道围岩变形的各种因素,建立了临涣煤矿的深部巷道计算模型.采用大型有限元软件ANSYS,分析软岩影响下的巷道变形特点.分析了锚杆支护下的巷道围岩变形的控制,并结合巷道应力破坏特点,对临涣煤矿锚杆支护进行了支护优化设计.对各种锚杆支护工况进行了数值模拟仿真分析,得出锚杆支护效果不仅与围岩条件及巷道自身特点有关,而且与锚杆自身设计参数有关的结论.

Technology Research of Bolt Supporting in Deep Inclined Roadway

Abstract:The steady support has been a difficult problem for the exploitation in the deep mine roadway because the problems of bolts breaking and supporting system disable become increasingly prominent. Based on the engineering back- ground of Lin Huan Coal Mine in Huaibei, the deformation features of high stressed soft rock are analyzed considering all the influence factors. The roadway numerical model of the mine is established, analysis of tunnel deformation characteris- tics under the influence of soft rock by using ANSYS. Discusses the bolt supporting of roadway surrounding rock under de- formation control, utilizing the considering the deformation features of rock roadways, the support design schemes are pro- moted to the surrounding rocks at depth of Lin Huan Coal Mine. And the modehng of the support design scheme's effect also performed, the modeling results prove the rationality and the validity of the coupling support design schemes, finally came to the conclusion that the effect of bolt support not only with the conditions of surrounding rock and the characteris- tics of roadway, but also with their own design parameters of bolt.
