| 摘 要： | 赃罪是一种古老的犯罪,具有极大的社会危害性。宋代为惩治官吏赃罪,改善吏治实行＂重禄法＂,意图通过提高官吏的俸禄而避免腐败现象的出现。＂重禄法＂的实施,在一定范围内减少了官吏赃罪,提高了行政效率,在一定程度上遏制了宋初以来官吏贪财受赇的不良风气,但仅靠重禄是无法消除这种社会现象的。

| Abstract: | The Zang offense is a kind of ancient crime,has a great social harm.Song dynasty while severely punishing the instruction of the thought of Zang Li,the needle officials are abused law by wealth not to abuse law,custodian turned thief,bribe,established thoroughly but tight law rules to order by crimes like Zang,etc,On behalf Sung Cheng cures officialdom Zang offense and improves Li to cure the execution ＂heavy Lu method＂,intention pass the salary of raising the officialdom but avoid going bad the emergence of phenomenon.The implementation of ＂heavy Lu method＂ reduced officialdom Zang offense in the certain scope and raised an administration efficiency and suppressed Sung beginning to some extent the officialdom Be moneymad to be subjected to bad mor-al atmosphere of thecrime. |
