| 摘 要： | 世纪之交的中国正处在现代化进程的关键路口。我们对未来发展前景的思考是：一、构建一个更加有效运行的强大政治中心，增强政治系统的功能，扩大人民政治参与的程度。二、建构一个开放的社会经济结构体系，形成可持续发展的社会经济体制，三、构建一个双向互动的化吸纳与整合机制，建立起有中国特色的社会主义新型化。

| Abstract: | In the beginning period of the 21st ecnturey China is being at the juncture of modernization. What we reflect on the future developing prospects is: 1. Construct a still more effectively moving and powerful political centre; strengthen the function of the political system and expand the people's politic-participating degree. 2. Construct an open social economic structure system, so as to form a continuedly developing social system. 3. Construct a culture absorbing and regulating mechanism with two - way mutual promoting capacity; and establish a new style culture with Chinese characteristic socialism. |
