| 摘 要： | 当前我国高等教育办学体制改革滞后，而高教办学体制改革又是高教改革的关键，为改变这种状况，根据世界220个国家和地区3万多所大学的办学体制，以及我国高校办学体制现状，应从十个方面来加快和深化我国高教办学体制改革。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the reform of running school system for higher education in our country is quite stagnant and the reform of system is still the key to the reform of higher education. In order to change this condition, according to the experience of running school systems in 220 countries and areas of the world and of over 30, 000 universities, as well as according to that of the present conditions in our country, we must strengthen and deepen the reform of running school system for higher education in our country from ten aspects. |
