| 摘 要： | 国有企业改革进入攻坚阶段，我国的企业管理环境也发生了重大的变化，目前落后的企业管理水平已成为制约企业提高经济效益和整个国民经济持续健康发展的重要因素，尤其是加入WTO在即，尽快缩小和发达国家企业管理的差距更显得日益紧迫，加快企业家队伍建设，完善企业内部各项管理制度，实施化管理，对迅速提高我国企业管理水平意义重大。

| Abstract: | State enterprise reform has now entered the stormy period and the enterprise management environment in our country has also greatly changed. At present, the backward enterprise management level has become an important factor to prevent the enterprise from raising its economic benfit and the whole national economy from last healthily developing. Especially while we are going to join WTO, it appears more and more urgent to decrease the gap between the enterprise management level of ours and that of the developed countries. It is of great significancy for rapidly raising the enterprise management level of our country to quicken the construction step of enterprist ranks, complete various management systems in the enterprise itself and carry out culture management. |
