| Abstract: | This paper,by citing examples from the Pre-Qin classics,attempts to illustrate that "Er"(two) and "Shi"(ten) acting as function words can express the idea of the minimum majority as well as the maximum majority of even number for a better understanding of the real meanings of the classics. |
