| 摘 要： | 本文在苄溴为原料，经过亲核代取反应和亲核加成反应，合成苯乙偕胺肟．对影响反应的各因素进行探讨并对产品作了红外光谱鉴定．在相转移催化剂催化下，苄溴与氰化钠反应生成苯乙腈，产率为97％．在水—乙醇介质和弱碱存在下，苯乙腈与盐酸羟胺作用得到苯乙偕胺肟，产率61％．

| Abstract: | Tolunamidoxime was synthesized by using nucleophilic replacement and nucleophilic addition reaction from benzyl bromide. The effect of phase transfer catalyst,alkalinity and solvents on the yield of compound was studied. At first, benzyl cyanide was obtained in97% yield by the reaction of benzyl bromide with sodium cyanide in the presence of phase transfer catalyst. Then, tolunamidoxime was synthesized in 61% yield by thereaction of benzyl cyanide with hydroamine in the medium of weak alkali and mixturalsolvent of water-ethanol. |
