| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会是一个系统工程，和谐是一种伦理价值追求，因此，从伦理学入手就能强化社会公德的基础，而今，公民道德滑坡，道德秩序紊乱，加强公民道德势在必行。强化社会主义核心价值体系的教育，是社会公德建设的伦理基础，有利于更好地构建和谐社会。

| Abstract: | Buiding a harmonious society is a systems engineering. Harmony is a kind of ethic value pursuit, and form the ethics, we can strengthen the foundation of social morals. For the citizen moral landslide and moral disorder at the present time, strengthening the construction of the social morals is ur- gent. And strengthening the education of the socialist core value system is a foundation of morals for the construction of the harmonious society. |
