| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展,劳动力市场对技能型人才的质量要求会更高,数量的需求也更大;北京市的职业技能学校数量不足、在各区县也分布不均;新兴专业数量少,经费不足,管理还不到位;现有职业技能培训学校和职业技能人才远远不能满足经济社会发展的需要。

| Abstract: | With the economic and social development, the requirement of quality and quantity of labor market is higher and higher. Vocational and technical school in Beijing is not enough and its distribution is imbalanced in different district and county. It lacks new majors and funds. The management is not perfect. Vocational and technical school and technical talents can not meet the need of economic and social development. |
