| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，通过对周口市社区体育现状较为系统全面的调查，多角度地分析影响居民参加健身锻炼的因素，有针对性地提出了发展周口市社区体育的建议，旨在为进一步搞好周口市全民健身工程提供有借鉴的理论参考。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes comprehensive investigation on condition of community sports in Zhoukou city, analyzes the factors influencing citizen＇ s participating in physical exercise and puts forward the suggestions of developing community sports in Zhoukou city. The main purpose is to provide the reference for further development of the national fitness program in Zhoukou. |
