| 摘 要： | 跳远起跳阶段水平速度的损失率，直接影响跳远成绩，也是评价跳远起跳技术质量的重要指标。本文通过对我国优秀女子跳远运动员比赛中起跳技术的运动学特征分析，发现起跳阶段水平速度损失是不可避免的，水平速度损失率应控制在７—１２％的范围，偏大或偏小都会使跳远成绩下降；我国女子跳远运动员起跳时着地角偏小，导致更多的水平速度无意义损耗。

| Abstract: | In the broad jump takeoff stage, the expenditure rate of level speed is important index on assessing takeoff skill quality, and influenced broad jump achievement. 14 national broad jump sportswomen were selected in the competition. Kinematics analyses of their takeoff step in long jump showed that the expenditure rate of the takeoff level velocity is inevitable. The extent of expenditure rate of the takeoff level velocity should controlled between 9% - 16% .Otherwise the long jump achievement is going to decline. Our country long jump sportswomen's touchdown angle is less, It will cause more wastage of level speed. |
