| 摘 要： | 文化对高等教育起直接的作用,经济政治对高等教育的作用以文化为中介;高等教育的文化功能,包括文化的传承、选择、批判、创新等,是高等教育的基本功能。我国高等教育发展中的有关问题需要从文化的视角进行分析探讨。

| Abstract: | Culture plays a direct role on higher education. Economy and politics exert influences on higher educationwith culture as the medium. The cultural functions of higher education, including the inheritance, selection, criticism,renovation of culture, are the basic functions of higher education. Some related problems on the development of highereducation in China are also analyzed from the cultural perspective. |
