| 摘 要： | 本论文首先论证了政治老师人格示范作用的重要性,然后阐述了政治老师怎样做到示范作用。要做到不断加强自身修养,提高教学水平,在课堂内外以其崇高的人格魅力感召学生,要尊重、热爱、理解学生,与学生建立深厚的情感。同时,不要单靠口头说教,或仅是靠大棒来维持教师的尊严。
