| 摘 要： | 随着我国民主法制进程的日益加快,人民群众对校园安全的要求也越来越高。而在我国教育事业发展过程中,校园与社会的＂围墙＂逐渐模糊,校园周边环境愈加复杂。本文就一则案例着手,引发对学校事故立法,进行可行性研究。
