| 摘 要： | 对1995年国际自行车环中大赛的速度分析呈现出以下规律:开始的P段运动员发挥最大的速度能力,争取好成绩,中间的5个赛段尽量保持相对速度,稳定成绩,最后赛段是拼搏冲刺出好名次的过程;在全赛程中各赛段之间的速度波动越小,运动成绩越好,表现出运动员的速度和速度耐力的水平越高,具有较强的时速控制能力。

| Abstract: | A speed analysis of the 1995 KENT International Bicycle Tour of China wasmade in this paper which revealed that in the beginning stage of the tour,the cyclistscompeted with their maximum speed to strive for the best result;during the intermediate5 stages,they tried to keep a relatively stable speed to maintain the achievement;and inthe final stage,they would spurt to lead the competition.It was also revealed that theless the speed fluctuation between each stages during the tour,the higher the speed andspeed endurance abilities and stronger speed control abilities of the cyclist were reflectedand the better result was achieved. |
