| 摘 要： | 学术道德事关民族兴衰、学术枯荣，亟需加强建设。学术研究的制度化、规范化以及学术资源得以有效利用，必须依靠内在道德规范和外在机刺控制。道德规范指学者在学术活动中必须摈弃功利性，坚守“为学术而学术”的理念；社会控制一是非强制的、源自对学术的敬畏和守卫的舆论监督，二是完善的法规和机制对学术腐败行为的强制性防范和惩戒。

| Abstract: | Academic morality is significant in terms of the vicissitude of a nation and academic prosperity,which is urgent to be strengthened.In order to realize the institutionalization and standardization of academic research,and to effectively utilize academic resources,we must rely on the internal moral control and external mechanisms.Moral standards mean that scholars should abandon utilitarian and stick to his pure belief of "learning for learning" when carrying out academic activities.Social control is a non-compulsory public opinion monitor,which results from the respect and guard of learning.Furthermore,it is to prevent and punish academic corruption through standadiazed laws and regulations and mechanism. |
