| Abstract: | Strengthening the connotation construction in vocational colleges ts not only the inherent requirement of scientific development, but also an inevitable choice to enhance the quality of vocational colleges, avoid the short term behavior, create the characteristic brand, and serve the local economic development better. At present, vocational colleges also face the problems of inexperience in running schools, insufficient funds, irrational teachers＂ structure, and low quality of students. Tourism College of Zhejiang, as one of the national key exemplary vocational colleges, emphasizes on the work-integrated learning and openness in running school, strengthens the system construction, improves the construction of teachers team and concisely highlights the school characteristics. The practice and exploration has the reference value and practical significance. |
