| 摘 要： | 加快电子政务建设,对于提高政府监管能力,保证政令畅通,实现资源共享,增加行政透明度,加强社会监督,降低成本,提高效率,提供优质服务和促进勤政廉政,建设统一的社会主义市场体系等具有巨大的现实作用。自1999年政府上网工程启动实施以来,我国电子政务建设取得了积极进展,但从总体上看仍处于初始阶段,存在着重复建设、应用领域窄、信息资源共享程度低和基础性工作滞后等问题。因此,要推进政府依法行政工作,就必须要针对这些薄弱环节和共性问题,采取有效的措施,为推行电子政务创造良好的环境。

| Abstract: | Accelerating e-government,for improving the capacity of government regulation to ensure that government decrees,sharing resources,increase administrative transparency,and strengthen supervision,reduce costs,improve efficiency,provide quality services and promote diligent and honest administration,construction of a unified socialist market system,etc.has great practical effect.Since the 1999 Government online project started since the implementation of e-government construction in China has made positive progress,but on the whole is still at an initial stage,there is duplication,narrow the field of application,information resource share low level and basic work lagged and so on.Therefore,to promote the work of government according to law,it is necessary to address these weaknesses and common problems and take effective measures for the implementation of e-government to create a good environment. |
