| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法等,对第12届世界健美操锦标赛女单比赛的8名决赛选手的成套难度动作进行研究,结果表明:女子单项决赛运动员水平接近、竞争激烈,有机结合运动员个体体能的编排难度动作,不盲目追求难度系数的拔高,不忽略选手身体能力对难度编排的把握,才能取得好的比赛成绩。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents, video observation and statistics, this paper comparatively analyzes the top 8 lady players＇ movement difficulty in the 12th World Aerobics Championship single final, and finds out their characteristics and superiority in order to provide some theoretical references for our team to develop their competitive results. |
