| 摘 要： | 我们需要的高等教育多元化,不应通过预先定位,而应让系统中的每所大学通过充分的竞争和发展来实现。在这个过程中出现的组织趋同,是一个发展的过程,也是组织发展的一种手段,是高校个性发展的必经阶段。高等教育目前的大发展,正是高校加速自己发展、实现自身价值的大好时机。
