| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育辐射办学的快速增长，是经济社会迅速发展、家长和青少年对学习科学知识及智力投资的热情高涨、转变经济增长方式对人才和劳动者素质的要求以及党中央、国务院实行高校扩招政策的结果，这种快速增长的成人高等教育辐射办学本身就要求我们加强质量管理，我们要在与时俱进更新观念、建章立制规范办学、统一教材持证执教．严格校风教学互动、加强管理全程监控等方面，切实做好成人高等教育辐射办学的质量管理。

| Abstract: | Resulted from rapid economic and social development, parents and students' enthusiasm to scientific knowledge and intelligence investment, and higher education enrolment enlarging policy of State Council, and so on, radiational adult higher education develops rapidly, which requires strengthening of quality management. We should adopt new concept, and standardize school running, etc. to carry out earnestly quality management of radiational adult higher education. |
