| 摘 要： | 经过多年的探索与发展,高校就业指导在帮助大学生顺利进入职场过程中发挥了重要作用,但随社会经济与大学生就业形势的不断变化,相对于单一的就业引导,职业理想教育的重要性却不断突现。文章结合当前就业指导工作,深入研究开展职业理想教育的途径,并着力探索就业指导长效机制的建设与完善。

| Abstract: | After years of exploration and development, career guidance in colleges has acted an important role in process of students＇looking for jobs. But with the continuous changes in society, economy and employment situa- tion of graduates, the professional ideal education becomes more and more important in contrast to the simplified single job guidance. With a survey of current situation of employment education, this paper aims to explore the ap- proach to profession ideal education and the construction and improvement of long - term mechanism for vocational career guidance. |
